The name of the contract holder must be that of the main driver, he/she must be present at the signature of the contract and is solely responsible for the rental.
The additional driver is allowed on presentation of his/her valid driving licence and under respect of the general rental conditions.
CAR SEATS
Our agency offers you the possibility of renting seats for babies and children that comply with EC standards so that the youngest members of your family are comfortably seated.
Simply make a request by telephone to the rental department at the time of your reservation.

SNOW EQUIPMENT
Between 1 November and 31 March, 48 departments are affected by the mountain law.
You are renting a car and going to the mountain this winter?
Remember to equip yourself with textile snow chains or risk paying a fine of 135€!
Reservation by telephone with the rental service at the time of your reservation.
Only charged if used!
Within the limits of available stocks.
FUEL
The vehicles are made available to you with a full tank of fuel.
So, the rule is clear: leave full, return full!
This must be respected on your return or penalties will apply.

CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES
The electric vehicles are made available to you with a charge of over 80%.
This must also be respected on your return, otherwise penalties will apply.

It is important to evaluate your recharging time before returning the vehicle.
As a reminder, your E.Leclerc shop in Hyères has more than 22 recharging points at your disposal.
VEHICLE WASHING
The vehicles are made available to customers clean inside and out.
On return, the client must wash the vehicle and return it in the same state of cleanliness under penalty of penalties.

The agency will refuse the return of the vehicle if it has not been properly cleaned.
MOTORBIKE EQUIPMENT
We provide you with helmet, pair of gloves & anti-theft device.
Approved, certified and conform to CE standards.
It is also possible to rent additional equipment for your passenger.

MOVING EQUIPMENT
The E.Leclerc BRICO’s utility rental service offers you various removal items for hire: dollies, trolleys on wheels, straps & blankets.
Find cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, adhesives, cutters (…) directly in shop.
HORSE TRAILERS
The BRICO E.Leclerc’s utility hire service also offers you the hire of horse trailers;
When you pick up your vehicle, you will find in shop: accessories, materials and treats for your horses.
